G & O Group originated when G & O Properties (London) Ltd was formed in 1989 and has grown steadily currently consisting of seventeen companies. The asset base continuous to grow by selective company and property acquisitions. The Group enjoys an excellent working relationship with their banks who remain keen to offer funding for future acquisitions.
The group has its own in house legal department with experience and knowledge in all property sectors with genuine appetite for problematic and challenging property transactions.
Group’s mission is to add value to its property portfolio by exploring development and other potentials within the portfolio, selective acquisitions using existing income streams and reducing borrowings whenever possible.
